Magnolia Pointe loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home with no weight restrictions. We require a $300 non-refundable pet fee ($200 for second pet) and $15 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes American Pit Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, American Staffordshire's, American Bulldog, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Great Danes, St Bernard's, Akitas, Presa Canario's, Wolf hybrids or any mixture of these breeds. Breed restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
