|Recommended: YesReally enjoy — We love this community and enjoy the apartment. The only things we would change are the parking availability and sometimes children are left unsupervised and run and yell through the breezeways which is a bit disruptive.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — Great place to live close to everything. Nice grounds. I feel safe at all times. The property staff is very helpful and nice. My upstairs neighbors are extremely loud but I know that I would have that no matter where I choose to live. I would recommend living here to anyone of my family friends.
|Recommended: YesLove it here My only complaint is the lack of an actual playground, especially since it’s advertised on the website. What would be considered the playground is very run down. Hopefully that changes soon.

|Recommended: YesLiving at Magnolia pointe — The grounds are good, the unit is spacious. however, after the initial administrative arrangement, I requested maintenance from the online page ... it never came and no communication. the unit as received was good with minor maintenance needs ... never done.

|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — I love this place it so clean the pool they just redid it it looks beautiful 😍 the staff is awesome 👍 and funny to 🤣 just an all around great place to raise your kids they have a park area inside the apartment complex and one down the back roads not even a mile from it and then a little bit farther away is Dublin park and it huge it has pools a huge play area with all kinds of stuff to do with your kids or heck even adults could have fun if they wanted. LOL 😂 keep your spirit animal alive and stay safe yall
